We offer fixed one-time fees for specific services like business registration, and monthly retainer packages for ongoing corporate law and consulting needs. Every quote is detailed in writing before work begins, so you know exactly what is included.
Is there a fee for the first consultation?
The initial consultation is used to review your business situation and determine which package fits your needs. Fees for this session, if any, are communicated upfront before scheduling, with no surprise charges added later.
Can I switch between packages later?
Yes. As your business grows, you can move from the Starter package to Growth or Enterprise. We review your current legal needs together and adjust the monthly retainer or scope of work accordingly.
What is included in the business registration service?
This covers guidance through the registration process in Giza, document preparation support, and review of required filings. It does not include government fees or third-party costs, which are billed separately and disclosed in advance.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel a monthly package?
Monthly retainer packages can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for completed consultations or delivered work are non-refundable, as outlined in our service agreement.
Are government or filing fees included in your pricing?
No. Our pricing covers legal advisory and preparation services only. Any government registration fees, notary costs, or third-party charges are separate and will be clearly itemized before you proceed.
